"Inspiration came when sitting at a terrace in the streets below the Acropolis. The lovely smell of the fig trees all around, the heat of the sun cooking the wild herbs growing on the rocks, the basil plants growing everywhere diffusing the spicy aromatic smell. The wild fennel, the cistus, the bushes, under the Mediterranean sun, a unique atmosphere and feeling."
